Good ViBEs (Virtual Biochemical Explorations) Lab is a Computational Chemistry Research Lab led by Dr. Ricky B. Nellas.
We are part of the Institute of Chemistry at the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD). Started in 2014, our lab aims to address different problems in chemistry and related fields using a computational approach. Our lab specializes in the application of computational chemistry for drug development, atmospheric nucleation calculations, protein allostery, and other in silico studies.
